Top Easy way to Make Mutton Paya and Chawal ki Roti |2021

There is nothing more relaxing than a hot cup of delicious soup. What’s better? A hot mutton paya soup infused with robust spices and flavour. Regarded as one of the healthiest soup preparations, this recipe is made from lamb trotters and is rich in calcium, protein, amino acids, healthy bone marrow and collagen. Here we share a Mutton Paya recipe that you can easily make at home.
- Lamb trotters 6
- Green cardamom 2
- Onion 3
- Tomato 1
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 table spoon
- Chana dal 1½ table spoon
- Oil 2 table spoon
- Green chilli 2
- Coriander leaves 1 cup
- Grated coconut 1½ table spoon
- Turmeric ½ table spoon
- Black Pepper 1 tea spoon
- Red chilli powder 1 tea spoon
- Garam masala powder ½ tea spoon
- Water as required
- Salt to taste
How to make:-
1)Take one medium sized pot and put it on medium to high gas flame.
2)After this take 1½ table spoon of dry chana dal and rost it for 3 to 4 minutes.
3)Now Take a blender and Add 1½ table spoon of grated coconut, rosted chana dal and blend it until it becomes paste.
4)Now Take a medium sized pressure cooker and add 5 cups of water in it.
5)Wash a 6 lamb trotters in a running tap water.
6)Then put them into the pressure cooker.
7)After this add ½ table spoon of turmeric powder, 2 cardamom, black pepper 1 tea spoon and salt as your taste.
8)Allow the Lamb trotters to cook in pressure for 10 minutes.
9)Now Take a frying pan and heat 2 table spoon of oil in it.
10)And add the 3 chopped onion, 2 green chillies in it and Saute them until the onions start melting.
11)Then add 1 table spoon of ginger garlic paste and Cook the paste until it loses the raw smell.
12)After this add 1 chopped tomatoes, 1 tea spoon of red chilli powder and Saute them well.
13)Now add the chana dal and coconut paste to this mixture.
14)Cook the base until the oil starts separating.
15)Now Open the pressure cooker and add the soup base in it.
16)Close the lid and let it cook on a medium to low gas flame in pressure cooker for 10 more minutes.
17)Now Open the lid, add ½ tea spoon of garam masala and let the soup boil for a 5 to 6 minutes.
18)You can adjust the constancy of the soup by adding a little amount of water if required.
19)Switch of the gas falme flame and let it rest. Serve hot with “Chawal ki Roti” which recipe I’m going to share…
Chawal ki Roti
- Rice flour 2 cup
- Water 2 cup
- Oil 4 tea spoon
- 1/4 th cup of more water to knead.
- Salt 1 tea spoon
How to make
1)In a medium sized pot boil 2 cup of water.
2)When water starts boiling, add pinch of salt.
3)Mix them and Bring it to low heat.
4)After this Put the 2 cup of rice flour in boiling water and combine them togather then turn off the gas falme.
5)Keep the dough for rest on room temperature.
6)When dough becomes little cool take small small quantities of half cup ofwater and with the help of hand knead it.
7)Now remove the dough in a big sized bowl.
And Add one tes spoon of oil and knead it till smooth.
8)Now take small quantity of knead dough and make it in a ball shape.
9)Do this same for all dough.
10)Now take one dough ball and with the help of any type of roller (bellan and all) make a at least 7 inches round shaped Roti.
11)If required then dust some dry rice flour on it.
12)Repeat the procedure for all dough balls.
13)Now Heat a flat pan on high to medium gas flame to Roast the roti over it.
14)After this put the 1 roti on hot pan and when small bubbles start appearing then Flip it on another side.
15)Then cook the roti completely from both sides.
16)Repeat the procedure for all the rotis
17)And enjoy it with mutton paya soup.
