Shahi Tukda is a royal dessert originated from the culinary utopia of Hyderabad. Made up by deep frying the bread, soaking it in Milk Made (condensed milk), and then toppings on top of thick dry fruit mixture, this Hyderabadi delight is one of the best and easy to make Indian desserts. Here’s how to make it at home.
Shahi Tukre

INGREDIENTS:-
- Bread 6
- Milk Made (condensed milk) 200ml
- Ghee 2 tea spoon
- Almonds 15
- Pistachios 15
- Cashews 15
- Saffron 1 tea spoon
- Oil for deep fry
HOW TO MAKE:-
1)Take 6 breads and cut them in triangle shape.
2)now heat a oil on medium gas flame for deep fry in frying pan.
3)after this deep fry all the bread pieces on low gas flame until bread becomes golden in colour.
4)now take small sized nonstick pan and put 2 tea spoons of Ghee and melt it.
5)After this cut all the dry fruits in slices.
6)now put all the sliced dry fruits in a melted Ghee and soté it until they becomes little bit crunch and golden in colour.
7)when dry fruits become golden in colour then put 100 ml of milk made (condensed milk) into it, combined them well and then switch off the gas flame.
8)now take another milk made (condensed milk) in medium sized flat bowl.
9)after this take one piece of fried bread and deep in milk made (condensed milk) and put it in serving dish.
10)repeat the procedure for all fried bread pieces.
11)after this put 1 to 2 spoon of dry fruits mixture on each bread piece.
12)now garnish the Shahi Tukra with some Saffron.
13)and then put the serving dish in fridge for at least half an hour to set.
14)after half an hour you can serve it to your family and enjoy it.
