Top 4 delicious Indian Chutneys | 1 April 2021

Today I’m going to share Best 4 delicious Indian Chutneys that are
1) Chinese Chutney
2) Coriander Chutney
3) Coconut Chutney
4) Tamarind Chutney
These chutneys are hot, sweet and savory in test. It’s basically Indian dish which serve with snacks like Vada Pav, Dabeli, Bhel, Sev Puri and many more
It give amazing touch-up to ever dish.

Then let’s begin with our 1st recipe which is
1) Chinese Chutney
1)Dry Red Kashmiri Chillis 15-18
2)Oil 3-4 tablespoons
3)finely chopped Onion 1/4 cup
4) Garlic Cloves 10-12
5)Ginger 1-inch finely chopped
6)Dark Soy Sauce 1/4 teaspoon
7)Vinegar. 1. tablespoon
8)Black Pepper Powder 1/4 teaspoon
9)Tomato Sauce. 1½ tablespoon
10)Sugar. 1 tablespoon
11)Salt to taste
How to make it:
1) firstly take 15-18 dry Kashmiri red chilli and Remove stems from dry red chillis. Cut chilli into halves, open them and removle seeds. Keep the seeds in another bowl
2)Soak chilli halves in warm water for 30 minutes
3)Drain extra water from soaked red chillis. Transfer them to a small mixi jar and Add 2 tablespoons of water and Grind it into a smooth paste.
4)Heat 3-4 tablespoons oil in a pan on medium flame. Add finely chopped onion and saute until it turns light pink.
5)Add chopped ginger and garlic, saute them for 5 minute until raw smell of garlic goes off.
6)Add red chilli paste and Mix well and saute for a 3 to 5 minutes
7)after 3 to 5 minutes Add 1½ tablespoon of tomato sauce,1/4 teaspoon of dark soy sauce,1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder, sugar and salt
8) after adding all the ingredients mix them for 2 to 3 minutes and then Add 1/4 cup of water and mix well.
9)after adding water Cook it for 2-3 minutes until oil starts to appear on sides. Turn off the flame.
10)Once it cools down to room temperature, transfer it to a small jar and store in the refrigerator for anytime use. It stays good for 2-3 weeks in refrigerator
2) Coriander Chutney
1)coriander leaves 1 cup
2)ginger ½ inch
3)green chili 1
4)lemon juice 2 tea spoons
5)cumin powder ½ tea spoon
6) salt 2 tea spoons
7)water 1/4 cup
How to make it:-
1) In a mixi jar tak1 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves, ½ inch chopped ginger and 1 chopped green chili.
2) Add 2 tsp lemon juice, ½ tsp cumin powder and 2 tsp of salt
3) With 1/4th cup of water and blend all the ingredients in mixi jar until it becomes smooth pest, Check the seasoning and add more salt or lemon juice if required.
4) Serve coriander chutney with any type of Indian snacks. The chutney stays well for 6-7 days In refrigerator.
coconut (fresh) 1 cup
green chilli 3
small ball sized tamarind / imli
salt ½ tea spoon
water ¼-½ cup
oil 2 tea spoon
mustard seeds / rai 1 tsp
dried kashmiri red chilli 2
few curry leaves
How to make it :-
1)firstly, in a blender take 1 cup coconut, 3 green chilli, small ball sized tamarind and ½ tsp salt.
2)Blend all the ingredients in mixi jar untilit becomes smooth pest.
3)after this take one pan and add 2 tea spoons of oil,1 tea spoon of mustard seeds (rai), 2 dried kashmiri red chilli and few curry leaves and saute them well on low flame.
4)When it saute completely then add that coconut mixture in it and again saute it for 2 to 5 minutes.
5)after 2 to 5 minutes switch off the gas flame and keep it a side to cool at room temperature
6) after chutney become cool then put it in a jar and place it in a refrigerator. The chutney stays well for 6-7 days In refrigerator.
Tamarind 50 gm
Dates 100 gm
Jaggery 90 to 100 gm
Red chilli powder 1 tea spoon
Salt 1 pinch
Water 3 Cups
How to make it
1)Take one big bowl and add 50 gm of Tamarind, 100gm of Dates, 90 to 100 gm of Jaggery, 1 tea spoon of Red chilli powder.
And Soak 2 Cups of water for 2 hours
2)after 2 hours transfer all ingredients form bowl to pan with same water
3) cook it fir 20 to 25 minutes
4)When it cookes completely add 1 pinch of salt and keep it a side for cool at room temperature.
5)When it becames worm, you can blend it in mixi jar or mash it in sieve with the help of backside of spoon
6)after blending or mashing you got a smooth pest, so keep it in a jar and place it in a refrigerator The chutney stays well for 10 to 15 days In refrigerator.
