Today I’m going to share my first blog Top 3 Indian Kheers | march 2021 I hope you will loved it
My mother says that we should eat something sweet before doing any good deed So today I’m going to share my first blog that is Top Three Indian Kheers which are sweet in test and usually made on any festivals or spacial occasions are as follows:
- Chawal (rice)ki kheer
- Methi (fenugreek seed) ki kheer
- Suji (Semolina) ki Kheer
Let’s start…
1) Chawal (rice) ki Kheer

Ingredients:-
Rams Rice 250 gm
Water 500 ml
Whole Milk 1 litre
Condensed Milk 50 gm
Sugar 250 gm
Green Cardamom 4-6
Ingredients for garnishing:-
Saffron 2-3 pinchs
Pistachio 12-15
How to make it
1:- Soak a 250 grams of Rice in 500 ml of water for 2 to 3 hours
2:- After 2 to 3 hours boil the rice in same water ( in pressure cooker) for a 15 to 20 minutes on low Flame
3:- After 20 minutes switch off the gas flame and mash it well with the help of spatula
4:- after mashing add a one litre of Boiled Milk and 250 grams of sugar and again(on a medium flame) boil it well for next 10-15 minutes
5:- once it boil switch of the gas flame and add 50 grams of Condensed Milk and mix it well
6:-after mixing Condensed Milk put it in a bowl and garnish it with 2 to 3 pinchs of Saffron
and 10 to 12 digits of Pistachio
7:- and serve hot Chawal (rice) Kheer to your Family
2)Methi(fenugreek seed) ki Kheer

Ingredients:-
Rams Rice 250 gm
Water 1 litre
Methi (fenugreek seed) 100 gm
Jaggery 200 gm
Coconut Milk 1 litre
Green Cardamom 2-3
Salt 1 pinch
Ingredients for garnishing:-
Pistachio 12-15
How to make it
1)Take two bowls and Soak a 250 grams of Rice in 750 ml of water for and in another bowl take 100gm of Methi (fenugreek seed) and Soak it in a 250 ml of water for over night
2)at morning put both rice and Methi (fenugreek seed) in pressure cooker with water and boil it for 20 to 25 minutes on a low flame
3) after 25 minutes add Jaggery in it and mash it well with the help of spatula
4) after mashing add 1 liter of Coconut Milk
And place it on gas
5)stur it on medium flame and boil it for 5 to 10 minutes
6)after 10 minutes switch off the gas flame and garnish it with 12 to 15 digits of Pistachio
7) and serve it hot to your Family
3) Suji (Semolina) ki Kheer

Ingredients:-
Suji (Semolina) 50 gm (2 table spoon)
Sugar 100 gm
Green Cardamom 1-2
Whole Milk 500 ml
Condensed Milk 50 gm
Ghee(Cambridge) 25 gm (2 tea spoon)
Ingredients for garnishing:-
Almonds 5-6
Pistachio 5-6
Some dry rose leaves
How to make it
1) Take 50 gm of Suji (Semolina) in one contener and add ghee (Cambridge) and rost it until it becomes off white in colour
2) When it became off white in colour then add 500 ml whole milk, 1 to 2 digits of
Green Cardamom and 100 gm of sugar
3) after adding all these things boil it on medium flame with continuous sturing for 10 to 15 minutes
4) after 15 minutes switch off the gas flame and garnish it with 5 to 6 digits of Pistachio, 5 to 6 digits of Almonds and some dry rose leaves and serve it hot to your Family.
