Hey everyone ? I’m again here with my new blog that is Top 3 Healthy and Tasty Soups Recipes | June 2021 .

A warm bowl of #soup are often as comforting because it is nutritious. Not only can a cup of soup function a starter during a multi-course meal, but it are often paired with a salad, making it a quick and nutritious meal by itself.

Not only can a bowl of soup function a starter during a multi-course meal but also it are often paired with a salad, making it a quick and healthy meal by itself. Soups are an excellent thanks to use leftover meat, grains and vegetables. When blended, even the pickiest eater won’t recognize all the healthy ingredients which will be added to soups. they’re easy to form and may be prepared beforehand and simmered for an extended while.

So we will start with our 1st recipe that is Chicken Soup

1]Chicken soup

Chicken Soup

Ingredients :-

Chicken                      250g
Chicken puree         4 cups
Carrots                       2
Celery stalks              2
Onion                          1
Bay leaf                     1
White rice                  1/2 cup
Parsley                       2 tablespoons
salt to taste

How to make:-

1)take a one large size cooking pot and put all leftover boneless chicken in it.

2)and add 4 cups of broth and 4 cups of water.

3) after this place a pot on gas and allow it to boil on a  medium-high gas flame.

4) when it cooked gently then reduce the gas flame and cook it for 20 minutes.

5)if it necessary then remove foam or fat from the broth with the help of ladle.

6)Remove the chicken form the chicken puree and then keep it a side on room temperature.

7)after removing chicken add finely chopped  2 medium size carrots, finely sliced 2 celery, 1 chopped onion and 1 bay leaf to the broth.

8)after putting all these vegetables in borth put the pot on gas flame and cook it until the vegetables are about half cooked or about 10 minutes.

9)Stir in the rice to keep it from sticking to the bottom and cook until the grains are just
Cook or 10 to 12 minutes.

8)Until then, shred a chicken into a bite-size pieces.

9)When the rice is done, add the chicken to the broth and cook until warmed through, about 1 minute.

10)Stir in the parsley, and season with 1/2 teaspoon salt or more to taste.

11)Serve Chicken soup hot to your family.

2]Corn soup

Corn Soup


Corn                          450g
Vegetable stock      3 cups
Thyme leaves           2 Tablespoons
Onion                         1/4
Black pepper           ½ teaspoon
Salt to tast

How to make:-

1)take a blender jar and put 450g of Corn, 3 cups of Vegetable stock, 2 Tablespoons of Thyme leaves, 1/4th of Onion, ½ teaspoon of Black pepper, salt to tast into it and secure the lid.

2)Start the blender on its lowest speed,then increase to its highest speed
Blend for 6 to 8 minutes or until it becomes puree.

3)after this take out the puree form blender and put it in a nonstick pan and boil it for 5 to 6 minu1tes on low gas.

4)after 6 minutes switch off the flame and serve hot to your family.

3]Tomato soup

Tomato Soup


Olive oil                 3 tablespoons
Butter                  3 tablespoons
Red chilli flakes 1/2 teaspoon
Carrots                3 large
Onion                    1
Garlic cloves        2
Dried basil          2 teaspoons
Tomatoes             3

How to make:-

1)In a stockpot heat oil, butter and red chilli flakes over medium heat until butter is melted.

2)Add 3 large carrots, 1 big onion and cook it uncovered on medium gas flame,

3)stir it frequently until vegetables are softened or 8 to 10 minutes.

4)Add 2 garlic cloves, 2 table spoon of dried basil and stir it while cooking for 1 minute.

5)Stir in 3 big tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, salt and pepper; mix well.

4)Bring it to a boil and Reduce the gas flame, simmer, uncovered, to let flavors blend, 20-25 minutes.

5)Remove it in pan from heat and Using a hand blender blend it until it becomes smooth soup.

6)If desired, slowly stir in heavy cream, stirring continuously to intermix return to stove to heat through.

7) if you want then Top servings with fresh basil.
