However here we share the recipes of some innovative #pakora. And we all know that tea’s best friend is kanda bhajji. So how can miss that?! Apart from that, there are some more snack recipes that shall certainly make this monsoon memorable for you.

1]Kanda Bhajji
Sliced onions and gram flour are combined within the best and delicious super crispy onion pakodas that belong to the state of Maharashtra and are call kanda bhaji. The recipe shares necessary tips and tricks to make sure that onion pakodas are absolutely crispy. These are best paired with cutting chai.

Ingredients:-
Onion 3
Green chilli 2
Coriander 1/4 cup
Garlic Clove 6-7
Cumin seeds 2 tea spoon
Besan (Gram flour) 100g
Rice flour 10g
Turmeric powder 1/4 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry
How to make it:-
1) firstly take 3 big onions and slice them thinly.
2)then in a Okhali take 6 to 7 Garlic Clove, 2 tea spoons of Cumin seeds and mash them nicely.
3)after this take one big bowl and put thinly sliced onions, mashed Cumin seeds, Garlic Clove and mix them with the help of hand gently.
4)and then add 2 cutted green chillis, 1/4 tea spoon of Turmeric powder, 1/4 cup of Coriander and mix them gently.
5)when they become little moist then add 100g of Besan (Gram flour),10g of Rice flour and mix them until it become similar to dough.
6) after this on a medium to high flame heat some oil in frying pan for deep fry.
7) after oil heated take a small small quantity of Bhajji mixture and put it in a frying pan, cook it until it becomes deep golden colour.
8)repeat the procedure for all Bhajji mixture.
9)now the kanda Bhajji is ready to serve, enjoy it with your family and take advantage of monsoon session.
2]Kanda Poha
Poha is one of India’s most popular and delicious breakfast especially in North and western India.It is tempered with spices and onions making it the perfect way to enjoy monsoon session.
Poha is typically a Western Indian breakfast recipe but it’s taste and ease of making has made it extremely popular all over India. It is very easy to form , it requires almost no cooking, the flattened rice just got to be rinsed till it’s softened and that’s about it.
Traditionally within the state of Maharasthra, it’s referred to as “kanda poha” (kanda=onion) where poha is formed with only onions and that i prefer that version too.

Ingredients:-
Poha (Flattened rice) 250g
Onion 1 (big)
Oil 1 table spoon
Coriander 1/2 cup
Curry leaves 8-10
Green chilli 2
Garlic Clove 6-7
Cumin seeds 2 tea spoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 tea spoon
Sugar 1/2 tea spoon
Salt to tast
How to make it:-
1)first of all take one medium size sieve and put all the Poha (Flattened rice) in it.
2)wash the Poha at least 2 to 3 times and keep it a side.
3)after this take one medium size nonstick pan put it on medium to low gas flame and add 1 table spoon of oil and add 1 chopped onion and rost it for 1 to 2 minutes.
4)after this add 8 to 10 curry leaves, 2 cutted green chillies, 2 tea spoons of Cumin seeds and 6 to 7 crushed Garlic Clove and sotè them for at least 2 to 3 minutes.
5) after 2 to 3 minutes add 1/2 tea spoon of sugar, 1/4 tea spoon of Turmeric powder, 1/4 cup of Coriander and salt as your taste.
6)after this put all the Poha into the pan and mix all the ingredients well.
8) Place the lid on it and put it on low gas flame for 5 minutes.
9)after 5 minutes your taste Poha is ready and now garnish it with remain 1/4 cup of Coriander and serve it hot to your family.
