Chinese cuisine (Chinese dishes) originated from different regions of China and has become widespread in many other parts of the world. Regional cultural differences vary greatly amongst the various regions of China, giving rise to the various sorts of food.
A meal in Chinese culture is usually seen as consisting of two or more general components: the 1st: a carbohydrate source or starch, referred to as main food within the Chinese language, (zhushi, Pinyin means “main food”) — typically rice, noodles, or mantou steamed bread), and therefore the 2nd: accompanying dishes of vegetables, meat, fish, or others, referred to as Cai (dishes, in Pinyin) in the Chinese language.
1]Dumplings (momos)
Dumplings (Momos) contains minced meat and chopped vegetables wrapped during a thin dough skin. With an extended history of quite 1,800 years, dumplings are a standard food widely popular in North China.
Popular fillings are mince pork, diced shrimp, ground chicken, beef, and vegetables. They can be cooked by boiling, steaming, or frying. Dumplings are a traditional dish eaten on Chinese New Year’s Eve. See How to Make Chinese Dumplings.

Ingredients:-
For Dough:
All purpose flour 2 cups
Backing Powder 1 tea spoon
Salt 1 tea spoon
Water as required
For Stuffing:
Chicken mince 300g
Onion 1
Green onion 2 cups
Coriander 1/2 cup
Garlic pest 1 tablespoon
Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Black Pepper Powder 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
How to make it:-
1)Take a large size bowl and add 2 cups of all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, water and mix until it knead well.
2)after this put the dough a side until then we start making Stuffing.
3) in a medium size bowl take 300g of Chicken mince, 1 big Onion, 2 cups of Green onion, 1/2 cup of Coriander and mix them well.
4) add 1 tablespoon of Garlic pest,1 tablespoon of Vinegar, 2 tablespoons of Soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of Black Pepper Powder, salt as your taste and mix them together very well.
5)after this take out the dough form bowl and put it on a floured surface and knead the dough until it becomes smooth.
6)take small amount of dough and make it a ball shape and make it a thin, small layer.
7)repeat the procedure for all dough.
8)now it’s a Stuffing time… so take one thin layer of dough and fill the Stuffing in the between of this and wrap it with soft hand tightly.
9)repeat the procedure for all Dumplings (momos).
10)now for steam… you can take any type of steamer or idly maker.
11)grease the plate which you are using for steam with oil and put all Dumplings (momos) on it one by one.
12)steam the Dumplings (momos) for 20 to 25 minutes on high to medium gas flame.
13)so here are Dumplings (momos) are ready you can eat them with any type of chutney.

2]Chicken Manchurian

INGREDIENTS:-
Chicken 500g
Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Soya sauce 1 Tablespoon
Black pepper power 1/2 teaspoon
Corn flour 2 Tablespoon
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry
For gravee:
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Garlic cloves 4-5
Green chill 2
Ginger 1 inch
Onion 1
Green onion 2 Tablespoon
Capsicum 1/4 cup
Carrot 1/4 cup
Tomato 1
Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Soya sauce 2 Teaspoon
Schezwan Chutney 1 Tablespoon
Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
Black pepper power 1/4 teaspoon
Water 1 cup
Corn flour 1 Tablespoon
Red food colour 1 pinch
Salt to taste
How to make it:-
1)in a medium size blow take 500g of chicken and put 1 Tablespoon of Vinegar, 1 Tablespoon of Soya sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of Black pepper power, 2 Tablespoon of Corn flour, salt as your taste and mix them all together well.
2)marinate it at least for half an hour.
3)after half an hour deep fry all the chicken until it becomes brown in colour.
4)now take one medium size nonstick pan and add 2 Tablespoons of oil.
5)when oil become hot then add cutters 4 to 5 Garlic cloves and 2 Green chills and rost them.
6)after this add finely sliced 1 inch of Ginger and 1 Onion fry them lightly on high to medium flame.
7)then add 2 Tablespoon of Green onion, 1/4 cup of Capsicum, 1/4 cup of Carrot, 1 Tomato
And cook them on medium gas flame.
8)after this cover the pan with it’s lid for 5 to 6 minutes on low to medium gas flame.
9)after 6 minutes add 1 Tablespoon of Vinegar, 2 Teaspoon of Soya sauce, 1 Tablespoon of Schezwan Chutney, 1/2 cup of
Tomato sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of Black pepper power.
10) and mix the well.
11)after this take one blow and add 1 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of corn flour and mix them well.
12)put this corn flour water in all the ingredients and stare it continuesly.
13) when the mixture starts boiling then add salt as your taste and 1 pinch of red food colour and mix them well.
14)after this put all the fried chicken in it and combined together.
15)now the chicken manchurian is ready to serve.?
