Welcome to foodysoul where you can find food Recipes as you want… So I’m here again with my another Blog that is Top 2 Easy and Delicious Irish Desserts | July 2021 I hope you guys liked it?

Irish Tea Cake

Ingredients:-

• Butter                            ½ cup
• White                             1 cup
• Eggs                              2
• Vanilla extract             1 ½ teaspoons
• All-purpose flour         1 ¾ cups
• Baking powder            2 teaspoons
• Salt                                ½ teaspoon
• Milk                               ½ cup
• Sugar powder             ¼ cup

How to make:-

1. First of all Preheat oven on 175°C.
2. After this Grease and flour a pan which is  round 9-inch.
3. Now In a medium sized bowl take cream,butter and sugar together and beat them until they become light and fluffy.
4. And now add 2 eggs and mix them together until they become fully incorporate.
5. Add 1 ½ teaspoons of Vanilla extract and Combine with the flour baking powder and salt.
6. stir into the batter alternatively with the milk. If the batter is too stiff then add a 1 Or 2 tablespoons of milk.
7. Spread the batter evenly into the Greased pan.
8. Bake the batter for 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven.
9. After 30 to 35 minutes prick a toothpick into the center of cake and if it comes out clean it means cake is backed.
10. Cool in pan on a wire rack, then turn out onto a serving plate.
11. Dust the Tea Cake with powdered sugar right before serving.

Shamrock Shake

Ingredients:-

• Chocolate chip ice cream 3 cup
• milk 1/2 Cup
• Mint extract 1/4 tea spoon
• Green food color 5-10 drops
• Sprinkles as you want

How to Make:-

1. Take one Blender and add 3 cup Chocolate chip ice cream, 1/2 Cup of Milk, 1/4 tea spoon Mint extract and 5 to 10 drops of green food color and blend it.
2. After this Mix it on high for one minute or until to smooth consistency.Pour into glasses.
3. Now Carefully sprinkle the sprinkles as you want
4. And now SHAMROCK SHAKE is ready to serve.
