Gobi Manchurian:-

Ingredients:-
To Make Gobi Fry:-
- Cauliflower 1/4 kg
- Pepper 1 Tea spoon
- Chilli Powder 1 Tea spoon
- Salt 1 Tea spoon
- Corn Flour 5 Table spoon
- All purpose Flour 2 Table spoon
- Oil For Deep Frying
- Sprinkle Water
To Make Manchurian
- Oil 2 Table spoon
- Ginger Garlic Finely Chopped 2 tea spoon
- Onion 1
- Capsicum 1
- Soy Sauce 2 Tea spoon
- Chilli Sauce 2 Table spoon
- Tomato Ketchup 2 Table spoon
- Salt 1/4 Tea spoon
- Pepper 1/2 Tea spoon
- Water 1 1/2 Cups
- Corn Flour Slurry (use water for this)
- Gobi Fry
- Spring Onion Red Chilli
Method to Make
To fry the gobi:
- First of all Cut the cauliflower into small pieces. In this add salt, pepper, chilli powder and mix it well.
- Now add corn flower, maida and again combine them well.
- Sprinkle little water and mix everything together.
- Let it sit for 10 mins.
- Heat oil in a kadaai and drop the mixture.
- Fry the mixture on medium flame until they become golden brown in colour.
To make manchurian
- In a pan, add oil, garlic, ginger, onion, capsicum and saute them.
- Once onion turns transparent, add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and mix them well.
- Now in this add salt and pepper and mix again.
- By adding the water and make the sauce thin.
- After this Bring it to boil.
- Now add the slurry corn flour.
- When the sauce become thick, add the fried gobi and combine them well.
- To finish add the sprink onions and fresh red chillies.
- Gobi manchurian is ready.
- Serve it hot to your family and friends.
Oats Manchurian:-

Ingredients:-
- Oats 150 gms
- Onion 1
- Chopped Ginger,Garlic and Green chilli 2 Tea spoon
- hopped Capsicum 1
- Grated Carrot 1
- Cabbage 1/4 Kg
- Pepper 1/4 Tea spoon
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
To make sauce:
- Sesame oil 2 table spoon
- Onion 1
- Capsicum 1
- Soy sauce 1 Table spoon
- Chili sauce 2 Table spoon
- Tomato ketchup 3 Table spoon
- Water as required
- Spring onion
Method to Make:-
- 1st of all Take a bowl and put oats in it.
- Now add onions, ginger, garlic, green chilies, capsicum, carrot, cabbage, salt, pepper Mix them well.
- slowly add water and them again until the become golden brown in color and turn crispy capsicum and sa for 2 mins.
- Let it sit for 5 mins.
- Roll them into balls and let it sit for 5 mins.
- Deep fry the oats balls till they are golden brown in color.
- Heat a pan with some oil, garlic, onion,soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, water and mix well.
- Add the fried manchurian balls and combine well Garnish it with some chopped spring onion greens.
- Serve it hot to your family and friends.
