Gobi Manchurian:-

Top 2 Best and Easy Veg Manchurian Recipes | 2021

Ingredients:-

To Make Gobi Fry:-

  • Cauliflower 1/4 kg
  • Pepper 1 Tea spoon
  • Chilli Powder 1 Tea spoon
  • Salt 1 Tea spoon
  • Corn Flour 5 Table spoon
  • All purpose Flour 2 Table spoon
  • Oil For Deep Frying
  • Sprinkle Water

To Make Manchurian

  • Oil 2 Table spoon
  • Ginger Garlic Finely Chopped 2 tea spoon
  • Onion 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Soy Sauce 2 Tea spoon
  • Chilli Sauce 2 Table spoon
  • Tomato Ketchup 2 Table spoon
  • Salt 1/4 Tea spoon
  • Pepper 1/2 Tea spoon
  • Water 1 1/2 Cups
  • Corn Flour Slurry (use water for this)
  • Gobi Fry
  • Spring Onion Red Chilli

Method to Make

To fry the gobi:

  1. First of all Cut the cauliflower into small pieces. In this add salt, pepper, chilli powder and mix it well.
  2. Now add corn flower, maida and again combine them well.
  3. Sprinkle little water and mix everything together.
  4. Let it sit for 10 mins.
  5. Heat oil in a kadaai and drop the mixture.
  6. Fry the mixture on medium flame until they become golden brown in colour.

To make manchurian

  1. In a pan, add oil, garlic, ginger, onion, capsicum and saute them.
  2. Once onion turns transparent, add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and mix them well.
  3. Now in this add salt and pepper and mix again.
  4. By adding the water and make the sauce thin.
  5. After this Bring it to boil.
  6. Now add the slurry corn flour.
  7. When the sauce become thick, add the fried gobi and combine them well.
  8. To finish add the sprink onions and fresh red chillies.
  9. Gobi manchurian is ready.
  10. Serve it hot to your family and friends.

Oats Manchurian:-

Ingredients:-

  • Oats 150 gms
  • Onion 1
  • Chopped Ginger,Garlic and Green chilli 2 Tea spoon
  • hopped Capsicum 1
  • Grated Carrot 1
  • Cabbage 1/4 Kg
  • Pepper 1/4 Tea spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required

To make sauce:

  • Sesame oil 2 table spoon
  • Onion 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Soy sauce 1 Table spoon
  • Chili sauce 2 Table spoon
  • Tomato ketchup 3 Table spoon
  • Water as required
  • Spring onion

Method to Make:-

  1. 1st of all Take a bowl and put oats in it.
  2. Now add onions, ginger, garlic, green chilies, capsicum, carrot, cabbage, salt, pepper Mix them well.
  3. slowly add water and them again until the become golden brown in color and turn crispy capsicum and sa for 2 mins.
  4. Let it sit for 5 mins.
  5. Roll them into balls and let it sit for 5 mins.
  6. Deep fry the oats balls till they are golden brown in color.
  7. Heat a pan with some oil, garlic, onion,soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, water and mix well.
  8. Add the fried manchurian balls and combine well Garnish it with some chopped spring onion greens.
  9. Serve it hot to your family and friends.
