Hey Amazing People?

How are you guys??? I hope you all are doing well☺. Nowadays we all are stuck in this lockdown bit what we should in this this is for our safety and due to lockdown we can’t go to Hotels, restaurants or Cafes to eat.

So I have decided to make some chocolate ? cake recipe because chocolate is my favorite ingredient so today I’m going to share Easy way to Make Chocolate Fudge Cake | 2022 ?.

Chocolate Fudge Cake

Ingredients:-

• Sunflower oil           150ml
• Self-raising flour    175g
• Cocoa powder         2 table spoon
• Baking soda               1 tea spoon
• Sugar                             150g
• Golden syrup            2 table spoon
• Large eggs                  2
• Milk                                150ml

For the Icing:- 

• Unsalted butter        100g
• Icing sugar                   225g
• Cocoa powder           40g
• Milk                                 2½ Table spoon

Method to Make:-

1. Heat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4.
2. Oil and line the bottom of two 18cm sandwich tins. Sieve the flour, chocolate and bicarbonate of soda into a bowl.
3. Add the castor sugar and blend well.
4. Make a well within the centre and add the treacle , eggs, sunflower-seed oil and milk.
5. Beat well with an electrical whisk until smooth.
6. Pour the mixture into the 2 tins and bake for 25-30 mins until risen and firm to the touch.
7. Remove from oven, leave to chill for 10 mins before arising onto a cooling rack.
8. To make the icing, beat the unsalted butter in a bowl until soft. Gradually sieve and hammer in the powdered sugar and chocolate , then add enough of the milk to form the icing fluffy and spreadable.
9. Sandwich the 2 cakes along side the butter icing and canopy the edges and therefore the top of the cake with more icing.
