I’m back ??? I hope you all are doing well… I’m Welcoming you in foodysoul ❤ here you can find food as your taste… So for a amazing people I’m going to share a amazing recipe that is Best way to make top 2 delicious Puddings | 2022 I hope you guys liked it?

Bread Butter Pudding

Ingredients:-

• Bread – 4
• Egg – 2
• Milk – 200 ml
• Vanilla Essence – 1 Tea spoon
• Melted Butter – 112 cup
• Sugar – 1 cup
• Cinnamon Sugar (optional)
• Raisin (optional)

To make Custard 

• Custard Powder – 3 Tea spoon
• Milk – 1 cup
• Sugar as taste

Method to Make:-

1. Chop the bread into smaller pieces. Keep it aside.
2. To a bowl, add egg, milk, vanilla essence, melter buter, sugar and mix well.
3. Grease a cake tin and line it with butter paper.
4. Put the bread pieces into the cake tin.
5. Pour the egg milk mixture over the bread piece.
6. Sprinkle some cinnamon sugar over the top.
7. Top it with few raisins.
8. Place it in a pressure cooker and bake on medium flame for about 20 mins.
9. To a smaller bowl, dissolve the custard powder in milk.
10. Heat milk in a saucepan, and add the custard mixture.
11. Mix until it thickens. Custard sauce is ready.
12. Once the pudding cools, take a slice, drizzle some custard sauce before serving.

Malabi Pudding

Ingredients:-

• Milk – 500 ml
• Corn Flour – 3 table spoon
• Sugar – 4 table spoon
• Fresh Cream – 200 ml
• Rose Essence – 114 tea spoon
• Rose Syrup – 1 table spoon
• Pistachios as required
• Water as required

Method to Make:-

1. Boil milk in a saucepan
2. Add sugar and stir it until the sugar dissolves
3. Add fresh cream to the milk and stir it
4. Dissolve some cornflour in water and add the mixture to the milk
5. Stir it continuously to avoid any lumps
6. Turn off the stove and add rose syrup and mix it well
7. Pour the malabi mixture into glass cups and refrigerate it overnight
8. Once the malabi is set, pour some rose syrup on top
9. Add finely chopped pistachios on top of it and serve chilled.
