Looking for a fast to form yet tasty flavoured rice recipes? you’re on the proper page. inspect this mildly tasting Matar Pulao recipe, attempt to enjoy it with some nice gravy curry or any raitha by the side.

Ingredients:-

  • Basmati Rice 1 Cup
  • Green Chilli 4
  • Ginger 2 inch
  • Garlic 4
  • Ghee 1 1/2 Table spoon
  • Oil 2 Tea spoon
  • Cumin Powder 1/4 Tea spoon
  • Onion 2
  • Green Peas 200 gms
  • Salt 1 Tea spoon
  • Whole Spices(Bay Leaf, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves)
  • Water 1 cup or as required

How to Make:-

  1. First of all Wash the basmati rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Now in a mixer jar, add green chilies, ginger, garlic and grind into a coarse paste. Keep it aside.
  3. After this To a pressure cooker, add ghee, oil, the whole spices and cumin seeds and so.
  4. Add onions, green chilies and saute till the onions are becomes transparent.
  5. add the ground the ginger-garlic-green chili paste and mix them well.
  6. Next add, fresh peas, salt and mix them again. Cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Then add soaked basmati rice and mix everything gently.
  8. After 2 minutes, add water as required and mix them completely.
  9. Cover the pressure cooker with the lid and after the steam starts coming out, place the weight on it.
  10. Keep the flame on medium and pressure cooker for 1 whistle.
  11. Delicious Matar Pulao is ready to be serve.

Spicy Chicken Roast

Chicken fry is an absolute delight for chicken lovers. This is one of the easiest non-veg dish to prepare using all the very basic ingredients that are available round the clock in our kitchens. So don’t spare even a moment once you want crave for sumptuous food. Get your hands thereon fresh chicken, do this recipe and enjoy!

Ingredients:-

  • Boneless Chicken 1/2 Kg
  • Ghee 3 Tea spoon
  • Ginger & Garlic 1 Table spoon
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 Tea spoon
  • Chilli Powder 3 Tea spoon
  • Coriander Powder 1 Tea spoon
  • Cumin Powder 1 Tea spoon
  • Pepper Powder 1 Tea spoon
  • Garam Masala 1/2 Tea spoon
  • Green Chilli 3
  • Few Curry Leaves
  • Salt as your Taste

How to Make:-

  1. First of all Cut the chicken into thin strips and put them in a bowl.
  2. Now To the bowl, add pounded ginger and garlic, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and mix everything well.
  3. And Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes.
  4. After this in a pan add ghee and place the marinated chicken in it.
  5. Stir fry it for about 5 minutes.
  6. And add coriander powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, chili powder, garam masala powder and mix them well.
  7. Then Add salt as per your taste if required and cook the chicken for another 10 minutes.
  8. Once the chicken is cooked completely, add the slit green chilies and curry leaves.
  9. After roasting them for a few seconds, add ghee and mix well.
  10. Mouth-watering Chicken Stir Fry is ready to be served.
