The Main Dish Chilli fish recipe or fish manchurian recipe with step by step pictures. Indian chinese recipes are very favoured in Indian restaurants. Some of the most popular are the Chilli chicken, chinese fried rice, hakka noodles and the manchurian dishes.These dishes taste sweet, sour and slightly hot.
Chilli fish and fish manchurian are same in few restaurants, but in some restaurants fish manchurian is cook with fish balls. But the sauce remains the same.
I don’t like to deep fry salmon anytime since the nutrients would be drained within the oil which I discard. But this is often the sole quite fish that we prefer and is most ordinarily made reception considering the health benefits.
So sometimes I do deep fry and sometimes even bake the fish then put them Into Manchurian sauce. If You don’t not want to deep fry the fish, you’ll bake it following an equivalent recipe then season it In the Manchurian sauce.
This time I had a cake getting baked in the oven when I intended to prepare this chili fish, so l deep fried. You can choose any fish of your choice, but confirm you employ an outsized fillet that has no bones.
Spring onions are vital in any Indo chinese recipes but I didn’t use them since I had no stock of it reception . So I used a white onion.l have not used ginger garlic paste for the marination, if you like you can use. Bell peppers are optional.
- Barramundi fish 500gms
- Salt 1/2 Tea spoon
- Pepper 1/2 Tea spoon
- Chilli Powder 2 Tea spoon
- Soy Sauce 1 Tea spoon
- Corn Flour 3 Tea spoon
- Egg 1
- Oil 1 Table spoon
- Chopped Garlic
- Chopped Ginger
- Onion Wedges 1/2 Cup
- Capsicum 1
- Vinegar 1tea spoon
- Soy Sauce 1 1/2 Tea spoon
- Chilli Sauce 2 Table spoon
- Tomato Ketchup 2 Tbsp
- Salt 1/4 Tea spoon
- Pepper 1/2 Tea spoon
- Spring Onion Whites
- Spring Onion Greens
- Chilli Powder 1/2 Tea spoon
- Chopped Red Chillies
How to make:-
- First of all Cut the fish into small cubes.
- Then add salt, pepper, chilli powder, soy sauce, and mix everything together and 5Let it sit for 10 mins.
- After this Crack an egg and separate the white and yolk.
- And To the fish, add the egg white and mix it well.
- Now Add corn flour, and mix them again.
- Heat enough oil and fry the fish pieces in medium flame.
- Take a wide pan, add oil, garic, ginger, and saute.
- Now add onion wedges, capsicum wedges and saute.Mix vineger, soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, salt, pepper for 2 minutes
- Now add chopped spring onions.And Pour some water to get saucy consistency.
- Add some chilli powder and chopped red chillies and mix.
- Finally add the fried fish and mix.
- At the end Top it with some spring onion greens and Chilli fish is ready.
- Serve hot to your family.
