Hii everyone ? I’m again here with my new blog that is 6 types of most Important Doughs |April 2021
1)Pani Puri Dough
2)Sev Puri Dough

These are very important and basic Doughs which we use in our daily life. So I thought I should upload it for you this 6 types of most Important Doughs | April 2021
1] Pani Puri Dough

Ingredients:-
Maida(All purpose flour) 2 Cups
Butter 2 tea spoons
Ghee 2-3 table spoons
Water 1/4th cup
Salt to tast
How to make it
1) Take 1 medium size bowl and add 2 Cups of Maida
2) in Maida add 2 tea spoons of butter, salt to taste and mix them together with the help of spatula
3)after this keep the bowl a side and take 1 small pan and put 2-3 table spoons of ghee and melt it
4) put this ghee in Maida’s bowl and assemble the dough with the help of hand and make it soft pani puri dough.
5)When dough become soft the keep it a side for 2 hours and after hours you can make Sev puri
2] Sev Puri dough

Ingredients:-
Maida(All purpose flour) 2 Cups
Butter 2 tea spoons
Ghee 2-3 table spoons
Water 1/4th cup
Zeera 1 tea spoon
Salt to tast
How to make it
1) Take 1 medium size bowl and add 2 Cups of Maida
2) in Maida add 2 tea spoons of butter, salt to taste and mix them together with the help of spatula
3)after this keep the bowl a side and take 1 small pan and put 2-3 table spoons of ghee and melt it, when ghee melt add 1 tea spoon
Of Zeera and saute it
4)When Zeera get sauted, put this ghee and Zeera mixture in Maida’s bowl and assemble the dough with the help of hand and make it soft pani puri dough.
5)When dough become soft the keep it a side for 2 hours and after hours you can make pani puri
3] Kachori Dough

Ingredients:-
Maida(All purpose flour) 2 Cups
Rava(Semolina) 1 table spoon
Water 3/4th cup
Ghee 2 tea spoon
Oil 1 tea spoon
How to make it
1)Take 1 medium size bowl and add 2 Cups of Maida and 1 Table spoon of Rava (Semolina).
2) in Maida Rava mixture add 2 tea spoons of ghee, 1 tea spoon of Oil, salt to taste and mix them together with the help of spatula
3)after this add small quantity of water and mix it with the help of hand
4) repeat this process until dough become soft.
5)after this keep k dough a side for 2 hours and then make crunchy Kachoris
4] Shawarma Roti Dough

Ingredients:-
Maida (All purpose flour) 2 Cups
Backing powder 1 tea spoon
Water 50 ml
Milk 70 ml
Salt to tast
How to make it
1)Take 1 medium size bowl and add 1 Cup of Maida
2) in Maida add 1 tea spoon of Backing powder, salt as your test and mix them together with the help of spatula
3)After adding all dry ingredients, mix 50 ml water and 70 ml of milk
4) And put small smart quantity of of water milk mixture in dry ingredients and mix it and make soft dough
5)When it becames soft keep it a side for 2 hours and after 2 hours make Shawarma Roti
6] Pizza Dough

Ingredients:-
Maida(All purpose flour) 2 Cups
Yeast (khamir) 2 tea spoons
Water 1 Cup
Oil 2 table spoons
White Vinegar 1 tea spoon
How to make it
1) Take 1 medium size bowl and add 2 Cups of Maida
2) in Maida add 2 tea spoons of Yeast, 2 table spoons of oil, 1 tea spoon of white vinegar And mix it well with the help of spatula
3) after this take small quantity of water and mix it well with the help of hand, mizba the dough until it becomes soft
4) When it becames soft keep it a side for 2 hours and after 2 hours make testy Pizza
6] Pasta Dough

Ingredients:-
Maida(All purpose flour) 1 cup
Oil 1 tea spoon
Salt to tast
Water 150ml
How to make it
1) Take 1 medium size bowl and add 1 Cup of Maida
2)add 1 tea spoon of Oil and salt as your test
3) after this add small quantity of water and mix well with the help of hand and repeat this process until dough become soft
4) When dough become soft then make a shape you want of pastas.
