Ramadan is a month of fasts. This year Ramadan is coming in summer with long days and shorter nights. After fasting the our body needs more amount of energy to work properly. In summer, it’s not a simple task to face in Kitchen for preparing so many dishes while fasting. So, on your request I’m going to share my new blog that is 2 most delicious ramdan recipes (Part 2) |April 2021 which includes
1) Grilled Chicken with Herbs
2) Shami Kabab
1]Grilled Chicken with Herbs:-
A perfect protein powered dish with low fats. Grilled Chicken will be the best dish for Iftaar feast.
MILKPAK 150 gm
Yogurt 150 gm
Chicken Breast 500 gm
Rosemary 1 table spoon
Thyme 1 tea spoon
Olive oil 2 table spoon
Lemon juice 3 table spoon
Salt 1 Tea spoon
Black pepper (crushed) 2 Tea spoon
Garlic cloves (chopped) 1- ½ tea spoon
Oregano 1 tea spoon
Crushed red chili 1 Tea spoon
Ingredients for fried Vegetab5les:-
Potatoes ( julienne cut & Steam )
Carrot (cut & Steam )
Phalian (cut & Steam )
Black pepper 1 table spoon.
How to make it:-
1)Take 1 big bowl and put 150 gm of MILKPAK, 150gm of yogurt, 500 gm of Chicken Breast, 1 table spoon of Rosemary,
1 tea spoon of Thyme, 2 table spoon of Olive oil, 3 table spoon of Lemon juice, 1 Tea spoon of salt, 2 Tea spoon of crushed Black pepper, 1- ½ tea spoon of chopped Garlic cloves, 1 tea spoon Oregano, 1 Tea spoon of Crushed red chili in it.
2)Add chicken breasts and marinate it for at least 2 hours
3)Grill chicken on medium-high (approximately 6 to 8 minutes per side).
4)Serve with potato salad, grilled corn, or any other favorite summer side dishes.
5)after Chicken grill Steamed Potatoes, Steamed Pea, Steamed Carrot, Steamed Phalian on grill pan by adding olive oil salt, black pepper.
6)and the Grilled Chicken with Herbs is ready to enjoy with family
A well-known dish of Pakistan,India & gulf countries. Most of the women make these Shami Kababs before Ramadan so they can use it in Iftar. Follow this easy Ramadan Recipe of Shami Kabab
Water 4 Cups
Mince (Qeema) beef ½ kg.
Split Gram (Channa Dal) 250 gm.
Onion – 1 medium size
Cinnamon stick (Dar Chini) 2 big
Black cardamom (Bari Elaichi) 3
Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon
Black pepper 8 to10
Ginger garlic paste 2 table spoons
Cumin seeds 1 table spoon
Green chilies 4 to 5
Mint ½ cup
Fresh coriander ½ cup
Coriander seeds 1 table spoon
Eggs 2 to 3
red chilies to taste
Salt to tast
Oil for frying
How to make it:-
1)take a pressure cooker and put it on a gas and Add 4 Cups of water, ½ kg of beef mince(Qeema), 250 gm of split Bengal gram (Channa Dal), 1 medium size onion,2 big cinnamon stick ,3 black cardamom, salt to taste, red chilies to taste, 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder,8 to10 black pepper,2 table spoons of ginger garlic paste, 1 table spoon of coriander seeds and 1 table spoon of cumin seeds Wait until it boils.
2)when it starts boiling then place a cooker lid on it and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
3)Cook until water dries, when water dries switche of the gas flame and keep it for cool.
4)when it becames cool the add 4 to 5 green chilies, ½ cup of mint and ½ cup of Fresh coriander, grind it in a chopper to make a coarse paste.
5)And then add eggs in mince mixture.
6)Now grind the ingredients well in a grinder.
7)After grinding the stuff, make kabab of the mixture with the help of your hands.
8)Heat oil in frying pan and fry the kababs.
The Shami kababs will be ready for iftar. 9)Serve it to your Family with any type of chutney or sauce.
