2 Most Delicious and Simple Types of Samosa | April 2021

I’m again here with my new blog 2 Most Delicious and Simple types of Samosa | April 2021 which you should try in Ramdan. I got some comments that are asking me for Samosa recipes.So,on your request I’m going to share my next blog that is 2 Most Delicious and Simple Types of Samosa | April 2021 which includes
1] Keema Samosa
2] Chinese Samosa

So without wasting our time let’s start with our 1st samosa recipe which is

1]Keema Samosa

Keema Samosa is a common iftari snack in Ramdan or tea time snack in Pakistan and India. It is a very yummy and tasty snack and also easy to make, you can serve it with any kind of dip of sauce or chutney . This recipe of Keemay Ka Samosa is a dish that is a very #popular and all time #favorite snack of everyone. You can make Keemay Ka Samosa in any shape you want to eat.

2 Most Delicious and Simple Types of Samosa


Ingredients for Stuffing
beef or mutton mince        250 gm
Oil                                        2 table spoons
Ginger garlic paste            1 tea spoon
Salt                                     1 tea spoon
Black pepper                      ½ tea spoon
Garam Masala                    ½ tea spoon
(Dry spice powder)
Crushed red pepper           ½ tea spoon
Coriander leaves                2 table spoon
Green chillies                    4
Onion                                 1cup

Ingredients for dough:

Maida(all purpose flour)  2 cups
Ghee                                 6 table spoons
Salt                                  ½ tea spoon
Water to knead


For filling:
1) Take a one medium size pan, heat a oil in it.

2) Add 250 grams of beef or mutton mince with 1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste.

3)Then add 1 tea spoon of salt, ½ tea spoon of black pepper, ½ tea spoon of Garam Masala (Dry spice powder), and ½ tea spoon of crushed red pepper, cook it for 10 minutes or till its completely done.

4) when it completely cooked then Remove it in a bowl and add 2 table spoons of chopped  coriander leaves and 4 chopped green chillies.

For dough:
1) Thake a one medium size bowl and add 6 table spoons of  ghee,2 cups of Maida(all purpose flour) and ½ tea spoon of salt.

2)and gradually add water and knead to make a hard dough.

3)Knead well, make into small balls then roll into small saucer size.

4) Then fill the stuffing in samosa patt and seal them well, then deep fry.

8)Now Keema Samosa is ready to Enjoy with tamarind chutney or ketchup.

2]Chinese Samosa

Chinese Samosa is a crispy and tasty snack that can eat as Iftar snack during Ramadan. Try making Chinese Samosa at home from our recipe during the Ramadan season at Iftar. You can even make it for tea parties. Serve it hot with any type of chutney tomato ketchup. Give your valuable feedback in the comment bar

2 Most Delicious and Simple Types of Samosa


Ingredients for stuffing
1)Noodles (boiled)           1 cup
2)carrot (grated)            1
3)onions (sliced)               2
4) cabbage (shredded)    2 cup
5)  Soy Sauce                   1 tea spoon
6) Oil                                 2 table spoons
7) Salt to taste
8) Oil for deep frying

For Dough
1) Maida                           1 cup
2) Salt                             ½ tea spoon
3) Oil                                2 table spoon
4) Water to knead


1)Take one medium size pan make filling
2)take 1 medium size pan and heat some oil in it

3)and add cabbage, onions, carrot and to it. Cook till the vegetables become soft.

4)Now add noodles, soy sauce and salt in it.

5)After 2 to 3 minutes, switch off the gas  flame and cool it on room temperature.

To make dough
1)mix maida, warm oil and salt in a thick bottomed vessel.
2)Add water slowly to the above till the dough becomes a slightly stiff.

  1. Cover the dough with a moist cloth and keep it aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. After 15 to 20 minutes. take the dough and make 5 to 6 small balls diameters from it.
  3. Cut each circle into two halves form between  and run a moist finger along the diameter.

8)Join the edges of each semi-circle to make a cone.

9)Place a tbsp of filling in the cone and seal third side as above.

10)Now deep fry these Samosas in oil on low to medium flame untill it becomes light brown.

11)Chinese Samosa is ready to eat. Serve hot with any type of chutney or tomato ketchup.
